These Terms govern your use of DocCollect. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. 1. The Service
DocCollect provides accounting firms with a secure platform to request, collect, and manage client documents. Clients do not need an account; they access the portal via a secure, expiring link.
2. 2. AI-Assisted Verification
We use AI (provided by Groq) to help verify uploaded documents. This is an assistive tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing all documents.
3. 3. Data Retention
Uploaded documents and client data are retained for 90 days after a request is marked as complete, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.
